The Orpheum Theatre in Santa Monica was open from at least March 1909 through 1912.  There seems to be no connection between this theatre and the Orpheum circuit.

The venue ran a mix of movies and vaudeville. A Mr. Alfred Fiedler was the lessee and manager.

The ads at the time noted that his location on 3rd was between Utah and Colorado Streets.

Utah has since been renamed Broadway. Earlier, Colorado St. had been the location of the incoming train tracks (and depot) and was called Railroad Ave.

Status:  Demolished - it would be under the Santa Monica Place shopping mall.

More Information: We don't know anything more about this one.
