Victoria Hutton is an executive member of the Ottawa Garden Club and trained as Cordon Bleu Chef in London, England. She has had extensive experience in event management, hospitality, and planning which has been honed over several international tours with her husband David’s career in the Canadian Foreign Service. 

Victoria is the author of several cookery books, inspired by her travels and passion for Canadian food. Victoria and David returned to Canada after David’s service as Canada’s Ambassador to Greece and the United Arab Emirates. They are greatly enjoying the pleasures of resettling home and family in Canada.
