Big Garden Birdwatch 2012 success
Big Garden Birdwatch 2012
Over 100 people joined in the fun at the Big Garden Birdwatch event at Myddelton House Gardens, Enfield, on what turned out to be a beautifully crisp and bright sunny Saturday. The event kicked off with a spectacular display of 6 buzzards circling above the gardens which fired up seasoned bird enthusiasts and novices alike! Children made bird hats and apple bird feeders then went on a wildlife trail around the gardens, hanging their feeders on trees and shrubs as they went. Others took their feeders home with them to feed the birds where they live. |
