A Christian Perspective Literary Magazine
The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation nearer now
than when we first believed. The night is nearly over, the day is almost here. So let us put aside
the deeds of darkness, and put on the armor of light.
Wide Awake is the only Christian perspective literary magazine at the University of Virginia.
We are dedicated to centralizing and vocalizing Christian perspectives on grounds, uniting Christians at the University through artistic and literary expression. Our aim is to provide members of the U.Va. community with the opportunity to share their Christian views with others.

members. Wide Awake is a place for Christians to share with others their praises, their
fears, their trials and their hope in the promise that Jesus has brought to us.
If you would like to be more involved with our mission, we are seeking writers, editors, and artists.
