How can I be more involved?

There are many ways to help, but mostly we need people to help organize diaper drives or fundraisers. Speak with your supervisor or office manager about hosting a diaper drive at your workplace. Work with your children's school or preschool to organize a service project for the students. Ask your church or community organization to host a diaper drive or fundraiser.

What is a "diaper drive"?

A diaper drive is like a food drive, only with diapers. The diaper drive can be a few days, a few weeks or maybe a month, depending on the nature of the organization hosting the drive. During that time, people bring their diaper donations and place them in the collection box, usually located in a central location, such as a lobby or office.

How do I organize a diaper drive?

Organizing a diaper drive is fairly simple....

  1. First, get permission from the school, church, organization or business.
  2. Work with your organization to set the dates for the drive.
  3. Promote the diaper drive with posters, flyers, letters, emails, newsletter or bulletin announcements.
  4. Whatever communication works best for your organization. We have flyers you can modify with the  dates and location of your diaper drive.
  5. Let us know how we can help!
  6. After you collect the diapers call us and we will come pick them up! 828-260-5973
