For the information that will lead to the arrest of the owner and/or driver and occupants of the 2006 to 2008 Chevy Impala with NEW JERSEY tags seen in the pictures in this profile, and seen on our Facebook and YouTube page's photos and videos.
Those occupants, reported by witnesses to possibly be 2 to 3 black males, picked up Matt Novak at 6th & Green Streets in Philadelphia on September 28, 2008 (shortly after they left the Puerto Rican Day Parade) when Matt flagged them down after his car broke down. After Matt told his two friends he was going to get jumper cables, he entered the Impala and they drove to 13th and Fairmount Avenues where Matt was shot in the hip as he stepped out of the Impala. He later died in the hospital.
