Garlic Lemon Hummus

Servings: It depends how much you like it I guess.   Total time: 10 min

15oz Chickpeas drained (set some juice aside) 
1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
4 large garlic cloves chopped in half
salt to taste
paprika to take 

1. In a blender or food processor, add chickpeas, garlic, and olive oil. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Add chickpea can juice, milk, or more olive oil for a less thick hummus. 
2. Add lemon juice, salt, and paprika to taste. Mix in with spoon. 
3. Chill in fridge prior to serving or serve at room temperature.
