French Toast Goodness with Bananas

Servings: 4 slices total, 2 servings     Total Time: 30 min

4 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon 
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
1/4 cup milk
4 slices bread
1 banana
Agave nectar or your choice of syrup 
Butter or similar non stick substance 
Powdered sugar for topping 

1. Crack eggs into flat bowl and whisk until homogenous 
2. Add cinnamon, pumpkin spice, nutmeg, vanilla extract, and milk
3. Add butter to grease pan, enough to prevent sticking. Non-stick pans should require little to non.
4. Dip bread slice in egg mixture, flipping to make sure both sides are covered. Do not soak it, just a few seconds on each side to ensure its evenly distributed. 
5. Add to pan, and cook on each side until golden brown. The bread should not be dripping egg mixture if it is fully cooked. But it will be slightly moist t the touch because of the milk. 
6. Slice up half a banana and place ontop of first slice. Drizzle with syrup.
7. Repeat 1-5 with next slice, and place on top of first slice. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top if desired. Drizzle more syrup and top with a dusting of powdered sugar. 
8 Repeat with remaining bread slices.
