15 Minute Shrimp Veggie Stir Fry

3tbs sesame seed oil
3tbs rice vinegar
2tbs soy suce
1tsp honey/agave nectar
1tbs olive oil
1/2 lb shrimp (cooked or uncooked)
1/2 lb rice noodles
1/2 lb stir fry vegetables 

1. Mix sesame seed oil,rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey/agave nectar in small bowl.
2. Add olive oil to large pan and put on medium heat. Add vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes or until almost fully cooked.
3. Add sauce from step 1. Add shrimp and mix. Cook for about 2 minutes if shrimp is pre-cooked or 5 minutes if shrimp is raw. 
4. Once shrimp is about done, add rice noodles. Stir and cook until rice noodles are no longer firm. 
5. Add Sweet Chili sauce or any stir fry sauce and mix.
6. Serve and enjoy!
