*Another “members only” event.
*Sunday, April 28th from 3-5pm
*Bear River Middle School (100 Wheatland Park Drive.)
Over the past few years, the Wheatland Historical Society
brought history to the classroom at Bear River School
during “Wheatland History Week”. This is your chance
to hear a similar presentation of a“first hand account”
by a “survivor” of the Donner Party
who traveled this difficult and tragic journey west.

Join us at Bear River Middle school to learn about the Donner Party
and how it relates to our little town of Wheatland.
If you aren’t already a member, you can join that day.
Membership forms are found at the bottom of this page.

The Wheatland History Museum is open from
 10AM - 2PM on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.
We are located east of the police station and the water tower
at 111 Main St.
Admission is free and donations are gladly accepted.
