Tropical Mimosas

    • 4 oz pineapple Juice
    • 4 oz coconut seltzer (may substitute pineapple seltzer or unflavored seltzer)
    • 1 oz coconut rum
    • ice

For garnish: Pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, umbrellas

-Pour pineapple juice and rum into ice-filled glasses. Stir.

-Add seltzer.

-Garnish and serve.
