Tropical Mimosas
- 4 oz pineapple Juice
- 4 oz coconut seltzer (may substitute pineapple seltzer or unflavored seltzer)
- 1 oz coconut rum
- ice
For garnish: Pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, umbrellas
-Pour pineapple juice and rum into ice-filled glasses. Stir.
-Add seltzer.
-Garnish and serve.
