Pineapple Sangria

  • 1/2 pineapple, cut into chunks and/or slices
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle moscato or other fruity white wine
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups lemon-lime soda (sprite® or 7-up®)
  • 1/2 cup coconut rum
-Place fruit into a large pitcher, reserving a few slices for garnish.
-Add wine, rum and pineapple juice.
-Refrigerate until serving time.  
-Just before serving, add lemon-lime soda and stir (if you add it too far in advance it will
 lose its fizziness).
-To serve, pour into ice-filled glasses, garnished with additional slices of  
 pineapple, orange or lime.
