Cranberry/Brie Phyllo Tartlets with Pistachios

    • 1 package (15-ct) frozen mini Phyllo tart shells
    • 8 oz. Brie, cut into 3/4" chunks
  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 tablespoons shelled pistachios
    1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2. Place phyllo tarts into mini-muffin tin.
    3. Place a generous 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and one chunk of brie into each tart.
    4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until brie is melted.
    5. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve.
