The Delavan House

The Delavan House was established by Edward Delavan (born in 1793) and had been Albany's most popular hotel for almost fifty years. The Delavan House was located on Broadway. “The Delavan is a spacious and substantial five story building, covering the entire block, and contains 400 rooms available for guests. ” ¹
