Students are measured for costumes in November & December. Costumes are ordered in January.

Costume Deposits are due NO LATER than January 1, 2021.
FINAL Costume Payments (if additional amounts owed) are due April 1, 2021.

If you drop out of class after your costume has been ordered, you are responsible for payment.

If you are not going to be in the June Show, you must tell the office by the end of December. (Costumes are automatically ordered unless you tell us otherwise.)

Classes cannot be changed after January 1, 2021 due to costume issues.

Students must pay a costume deposit once the costumes are ordered, due in December.

Students will receive a costume bill with total remaining amount and due date by mail.

The full amount of the costume bill must be paid for costumes to be taken home.

Students are responsible to bring their costumes and all accessories to Picture Day and the Show.

Once costumes are ordered in January, they are non-refundable and are your responsibility to pay for even if your student drops out of class before the recital. Costumes are also non-refundable if the recital must be cancelled for reasons outside of the control of the studio exec board (including but not limited to government shut-downs of events/facilities).

After the Show, the costumes are for the students to keep!
