Coaches will receive a packet with the schedule, rosters, rules, and garbage bags.  Please make sure to get this packet at check-in (ticket tent).  

Tournament Structure:
 
Girls Division
Freedom Prep, Germantown, Gladiators, Soulsville, and Storm.  
Teams will play a Round-Robin followed by Semi-Finals and a Final. The following point system will be used to determine seeding for the semi-final matches.
•        4 points for a win.
•        2 points for a draw.
•        1 "bonus" point for scoring 4 tries (or more).
•        1 "bonus" point for losing by 7 points (or fewer).
 
In the event of a tie in points between two teams, the winner will be chosen by
1)     Head to Head result
2)     Total Point Differential (Points scored – Points Conceded)
3)     Total # of Points Scored
4)     Total # of Points Conceded
 
Boys Division
Freedom Prep, Germantown, Power Center, Soulsville, and White Station.

Semi-Final Tie-Break:
In the event of a tie in a semi-final match, the winner will be determined by a 5-minute sudden death extra period.  If after two sudden death periods, there is still no winner, the match will be decided by penalty kicks – starting from 10m out and moving back 5m with each kick. 
 
Boys and Girls B (JV)-Division (highlighted matches):
 
B-Division Matches are exhibition only.  There are two “open” matches for any team that would like to get more time playing on that day or for motley sides to compete.  Coaches are in charge of supplying Sirs and are asked to make sure to keep within the time slots, to allow the day to flow smoothly.

Players who compete in “B” matches may also “Play-up” in A-Side matches later in the day. 

Also note that players are bound to no more than 90 minutes of play in a day.
