I Have a Dream Foundation pledge made by newly inducted West Prep students
LAS VEGAS -In front of family, friends, school staff and Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman, the newly inducted class of West Prep Dreamers pledged to believe they can achieve their dreams and educational goals to attend college or university.

K-12 CURRICULUM OVERVIEWS FOR PARENTS
The Curriculum Overviews for Parents have been revised to reflect the implementation of the Common Core State Standards.
These documents are available at ccsd.net in the the Parent Section under Curriculum Overviews for Parents (http://ccsd.net/parents/).
Curriculum Overviews for Parents may be ordered through the Graphic Arts Department (K-5 GAC 3836; 6-8 GAC 3836.4; and 9-12 GAC 3836.5).
The Spanish translation of the Curriculum Overviews for Parents will be available by the end of October 2012.

WEST PREP ADOPTS NEW CURRICULUM
Starting with the 2012-2013 school year, West Prep Academy faculty will be implementing a new curriculum entitled "SpringBoard."
SpringBoard was developed as a Pre-AP program for grades 6-12 in English Language Arts and Mathematics. SpringBoard, written by teachers for teachers, is a research-based program designed to prepare students for Advanced Placement (AP) and college success through integrated instructional materials, formative assessments, and sustained professional development. more >>>
