Upcoming Concert Information
Weston Holiday Concert Dates and Times:
Tuesday, December 8, 2015  -  6:00 p.m. (Kindergarten) 7:00 p.m. (First Grade)
Thursday, December 10, 2015 6:00 p.m. (Second Grade) 7:00 p.m. (Third Grade)

What should your child wear for the concert?
Students are expected to follow dress guidelines set up by the DC Everest District.  Please no makeup or high heels for girls as the risers can be difficult to maneuver.  Students should wear their best clothing for the concert!  If girls have a dress or boys have a suit, they should definitely wear them to look their best.  If a student only has blue jeans to wear, they may wear the best looking pair they own.  Shirts can have a pattern, like plaid, but please NO wording on the front!   If you have further questions or concerns, please email or call Mrs. Wilichowski anytime.

What is Concert Etiquette?
Here are some behaviors we work on with your children at Weston Elementary,
so they learn the correct way to behave during a musical performance.
1.  Refrain from talking or whispering during the concert.
2.  Turn off your cellular devices and pagers.
3.  Do not wave to your child during the concert.
4.  Keep your children that are not performing with you during the concert.
5.  Please do not eat or drink refreshments during the concert.
6.  Watch the conductor when the music stops to decide whether or not to applaud.
7.  If you need to leave, please wait until a piece is finished.
8.  Please remove your hats or caps during a concert.
