The tennis programme at West Linton Tennis Club has been extended in the past few years to meet the growing demand for additional junior and adult coaching sessions.
 
Heather Robertson has for many years managed and encouraged the enthusiasm and development of our club coaching programme.  She has recently retired from  coaching juniors but still runs a weekly ladies improvers class on Tuesday mornings. Marc Kinsey launched MK Tennis in 2015, following on from "Tennis - Pure and Simple" (T-PAS) with the aim of delivering coaching sessions at West Linton and other Tweeddale clubs for adult beginners and improvers. MK Tennis has now planned to deliver tennis camps during the holidays, and term time tennis coaching for adults on Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. Club tennis (inter-club leagues)
 
West Linton Tennis Club is an active club with a number of adult and junior teams in the Borders leagues. In addition, juniors from the club have also represented the district and county teams at Scottish / U.K. tennis events..
 
Our Ladies Tennis team will play in 2018 in Division 3 of the Ladies' Borders League between April and July.

Men's Tennis team continues to play in 2018 in Division 3 of the Men's Borders League between April and July.
