State Leadership Conference

The State Leadership Conference is an annual conference where all the Connecticut FBLA schools get together and compete in multiple fields. Students take tests or try out to win first place in their state for their field, and go to nationals for a week! The National Leadership Conference (NLC) concludes the year's activities and sets the stage for the upcoming school year. The NLC is held each summer in a major American city. FBLA and PBL members and advisors participate in business-related and leadership development workshops, tour business and corporate facilities, elect national officers, and participate in national competitive events. The NLC Guide, the resource for official information and online registration information for the conference, is mailed to local chapters in early spring.

This year's nationals are held in San Antonio, TX.
