How to drawn an ATV

To start this lesson you will draw five big circles for the shapes of the ATV. Once they are all drawn out you will need to have them overlap each other the way you see them here. Draw guidelines for the tires, and then draw the guidelines and shapes for the handle bars.

You will now start sketching out the hood of the ATV fiberglass body. This is shaped like an arrow to triangle as you can see. Once that is done add some defining lines that will make the hood look like it is popping out.

You will now start sketching out the handle bars and the stem that connects the bars to the frame. Next start sketching out the seat and then draw the handle bars themselves.

You will start working on the tires as you see here starting with the left front tire. You will start by drawing out the exact shape of the tire which includes the treads and all. Don't forget to draw the outer rim on the inside of the tire as well.

To make this lesson even more easier you will first draw out the shocks and then color in the big empty space under the ATV. Once that is done you can start sketching out the other tires as well as the back bumper or wheel well. Next draw the foot rest and then move to the next step.

You will now sketch out the rims in detail and then shade in the areas in red. You will also draw the head lights for the ATV and then detail the back wheel well. Erase all the gudielines and shapes that you drew in step one.

When you are done your four wheeler should come out looking like the one you see here. All you have to do now is color it in and you have just leaned "how to draw an ATV step by step".
