What you get. An hour of expert kettlebell instruction in a friendly, motivating group format so you get the most out of yourself.

Groups are kept to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure that all participants receive the attention they deserve.

What you get

Expert instruction from the South Wests leading Strength & Conditioning coach. The initial assessment will include

  • fitness testing
  • lifestyle & health screening
  • postural screening
  • goal setting

We will then tailor a program to suit your specific goals. Nothing fancy just hard work

Kettlebell Workshops

But kettlebell use is a specialised skill. The absolute worst thing you can do is learn from a cowboy. Proper technique has been perfected by the Russians over decades. It ensures fast learning time, fantastic results and limited chance injury.

At our workshops you'll learn:
