Took my two watches here to replace the batteries. The staff here were the nicest people. It shows they really care about what they do and about taking care of their customers. They had my watches ready within a couple hours. One of my watches had many scratches on it, and I was pleasantly surprised when I picked them up, they had removed almost all the scratches on my watch!

Great place! Very happy I dropped in one day looking for a battery to be replaced (about $13). Patricia was there when I dropped it off and picked it up. VERY sweet, helpful woman. They sent me a text when my watch was ready to pick up, and kept an eye on it while I was gone to make sure it was indeed a battery issue (they mentioned it could be another thing). Support small businesses and check this place out!

Where to even start... I love Westchester Watch Works more than I can even say.

It started with a watch that had been in storage for about a year, they were able to fix it as well as replace the battery and clean it in one day. Then I have a very precious necklace that I love very dearly and it is on a thin chain. I came in hoping that they could fix one of the links that was broken. Not only did they fix it but it came back looking in better condition than I had ever seen it, in about two days. I've also brought two rings into them that needed soldering. The same case with those... They came back truly in better shape than I had left them! It was like getting brand new jewelry!

Now for the best part, Pat, Rebecca and David are some of the most enthusiastic, loving people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I came in one day...ENGAGED! My ring was just a hair to big and I came to see if they could help me out. I had been to other local jewelry places in El Segundo who didn't take me seriously and were WAY too over priced. (Jewelry Source, and Blue Diamond Jewelers) I found them to be extremely rude and ungracious. When I walked in to WWW, they all were extremely congratulatory and eager to help! Pat gave me a much more reasonable quote as well as told me the ring would be done the next day, not a week later like the previous jewelers had told me. When you get engaged the last thing you want to do is get rid of the ring for a whole week! In fact, Pat realized my excitement and pushed my ring up to be done as quickly as possible and they got it done the same day!

I truly can not thank WWW for their professionalism. They have done nothing but blow me out of the water with their work and I will forever continue to bring them my items. If you have any doubts about this place, don't. They are truly the best!

I had a great experience here and will definitely be using them for all of my future watch repair needs. Rebecca provided me with an extremely convenient pickup and delivery service for a clasp repair on my watch. When I got it back,not only was the price very reasonable but they had gone above and beyond, and had cleaned and polished it so that it felt like I had a new watch again! It gave me a renewed appreciation for this timepiece that I have and now I know where to go

for great, reliable service and at a reasonable price to boot!

I've been looking for a quality watch repair shop in the area, and since finding Westchester Watch Works, I couldn't be happier. It's a family owned business run by David, Patricia, and Rebecca who are very welcoming and take great pride in the quality of work they do. I've taken three of my watches there for servicing so far and have more on the way.

I have been narrowing down my watch collection to only higher-end automatics and needed some restoration work done on my Movado, Citizen, and Swiss Army watches(See pictures) in order to get them ready for new owners.

The Movado was going to be cleaned, serviced with a new battery/seals, and polished for resale and it turned out amazing. It was my first "nice" watch purchase when I started working, and had worn it everyday for several years, so there were a lot of scratches and built up grime on the watch. But Rebecca took the time to painstakingly polish and clean every facet and crevice of the watch, and it shows. She did an outstanding job, and I had no trouble selling it.

The Citizen was also an everyday watch for me, that served me very well for a number of years, and it was to be cleaned, polished, and have a leather strap put on as a gift for my younger brother for his first watch. WWW absolutely came through and I was so surprised with how nice the Citizen turned out with the leather strap instead of the metal band that I actually didn't want to gift it to my younger brother! It completely changed the look of the watch, and my younger brother loved it.

The Swiss Army quartz watch had been sitting in the box for over a decade, unused and never worn. Due to sitting and never being serviced, the battery had leaked out onto the circuitry. I had previously taken it to a cheaper watch repair store, who said that the quartz movement had to be replaced, which would have been expensive and not worth it. But when I talked to Rebecca at WWW, she said that they would be able to test it and possibly save the movement. Sure enough, they were able to save the movement, service the watch, and have it working with no issues.

Westchester Watch Works is a true family-run local business, something that is unfortunately hard to come by these days. My girlfriend had brought in her watch previously and had a very good experience with WWW. I brought in my Toyota remote key fob to see if they could replace the battery and within 2 minutes it was all done. It would have taken an hour waiting at the dealership! Very friendly, good people and it's clear they are experts who take great pride in what they do.

We've never been disappointed at Westchester Watch Works. They've always been great to me and the wife. We even followed them to their new location in El Segundo.

Recently, I brought in a few of my existing watches for battery replacements. Only one watch really needed attention - the others needed only adjusting after the staff inspected them. Even though they could have replaced all the batteries as I requested, they took the time to really check if work was needed and determined they were actually operating correctly - and in the process saved me money. It's this level of service and honesty that keeps me coming back to Westchester Watch Works.

Did I mention that I picked up a new Citizen while I was there (they even helped size a new band on the spot!) Thank you, David, Pat, and Rebecca!

Whether it's purchasing a new time piece, or just dropping one of our watches off for a new battery or band, these folks are wonderful to work with. I was there yesterday with my wife getting a new battery for one of her watches, when she spotted a very neat white watch that was in one of the cases. After looking at it, my wife wanted to see if she could get one in the color black as well. Now this was not an expensive watch, but it didn't make a difference to the owner. Patricia still spent the time to get on the phone and check with the company to see if a black version was available. We received a phone call letting us know it wasn't, but Patricia offered my wife a great deal on the white watch they had in stock!! Of course, we went down and bought it today, they sized it while we waited and my wife was very happy!

I love Westchester Watch Works! We have purchased 2 or 3 watches from them and each time they give us a tutorial on how the watch operates. My husband bought a digital watch with slightly complicated settings and David sat down with him for several minutes showing how it works. I really appreciate their attentiveness to customers. We have also used them for repairs to old watches and they consistently do great work.

I have seen several reviews mention the cost of doing business with WWW. They are probably more expensive than a mall kiosk but I don't mind. I am happy to pay a higher rate for excellent customer service, quality workmanship and expertise. I also understand that I will pay more to do business with a "mom and pop" shop then I will a chain and I am happy to do so.

We will continue to use Westchester Watch Works services and recommend them to others.

I was recommend to Westchester Watch Works by a friend. I bought a custom made and designed bracelet when I was on vacation in Canada. The lady at the store assured me that they wire she was using to string it was extremely strong and it would last for years. That was a lie, a week after returning home the thing snapped. So I gathered up my beads and headed to the store. Rebecca took great care of me, I even added a few things to the original design. The work was done very quickly and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I got it back and it looks fantastic! The customer service and care that they put in is above and beyond the call of duty. They now officially have my business for life and I happily recommend anyone to check them out.

5 start for their amazing Customer Service.... I felt comfortable leaving my Michele watch with them and trusted they'd take good care of it - even if it was replacing a dead battery. They didn't let me down - feels like I got back a brand new watch.

I wish more family-owned small businesses in LA operated like Westchester Watch Works.

I needed to replace a car remote battery and found Westchester Watch in a search. They were great. Very service oriented and I was in and out in 10 minutes. They even offered to help re-synch my remote if the new battery caused a problem (but it d didn't).

I accidentally snapped the band on my Seiko and didn't think to save all of the pieces because I figured a new one would be like $20... Dumb. It turned out a new band would run $100, which wasn't acceptable to me. They went through their inventory of bands to see if they had any that would work with my watch. They had one... A Casio band. I still had my seiko clasp and the watch lady was able to change it out so I didn't have a Casio/Seiko "Frankenwatch". It ended up running around $40.

A great find! Stopped here on the way back while I was looking for batteries for a dead watch, and was delighted at Patricia's warmth and professionalism.

They practice the timeless "under promise, over deliver", finishing repairs on both mine and my girlfriend's Swatches much faster than anticipated. Not to mention the incredibly fair prices, I wouldn't go to anyone else in the Marina Del Rey area!

Westchester Watch Works is awesome! I've had two time pieces professionally serviced by them. Not only do you receive a welcoming, warm, "family feel" when you walk in, but they are very professional and knowledgeable of ANY thing related to your timing needs.

The new location is very spacious and comfortable! I actually chose to have Westchester Watch Works for service on my time piece as opposed to sending my piece back to the manufacturer. They're that good!!

Very, very knowledgeable of their craft and products. This has been my go to place for replacing my watch batteries for some time now, but they do much more then just replace batteries. They really work hard to check and maintain my watches. They clean and reseal with great care, and they are a friendly family business. Their new location in El Segundo is easy to find, and has ample parking.

This is my one and only one stop shop for anything watch repair. A true family business. Not only are they the nicest people you could do business with, but they know their stuff too. In fact you might walk out of there knowing more about your watch than you ever cared to know, but thats because they care about what they do and are not just trying to make a buck. They truly have a passion for watches and repair. I send everyone I know that needs watch repair and always hear great feedback. If you care about your watch or clock then this place is a must. They might even care more than you do.

I had a scratched watch. I thought the crystal would have to be replaced, which is costly and annoying. However, these kind folks simply applied a substance they call "elbow grease" to the watch and rubbed out the scratches.

I saved money and my watch looks fantastic. This is an excellent business. You can't go wrong if you bring your timepiece here.

Excellent customer service and upfront about the cost. I took in my new watch to be sized and was greeted with the smile and welcome one has not come to expect in Los Angeles anymore. It was refreshing. Rebecca was awesome, she took my watch adjusted it and I was out in 10 minutes tops. I will be taking all my watches to get serviced here from now on.

Dave & Pat Lyons, owners of Westchester Watch Works are the nicest people to deal with. They have been a fixture in Westchester for years. They treat you like family and they are honest and trustworthy to do business with.
