This year, WAMC sent 4 teams to compete at MMATHS, a country wide high school team competition that was held simultaneously at Yale University, UTD, University of Michigan, University of Iowa, UMD, UC Davis, and University of Florida. Yale University even offered two different dates to accommodate students taking PSAT. Three of our teams competed on Saturday, and our D team competed on Sunday.
Please join me in congratulating our teams on their great results. All four of our teams placed in the top half, and the A team placed 18th overall.
Additional congratulations go to both Girish Prasad and Michael Aram for placing among the top individual competitors.
