吳汶涓，台灣台中人，先後就讀於台中東海大學資訊工程與科學系和嘉義國立中正大學資訊工程研究所，於民國九十六年取得博士學位，曾任台北真理大學資訊工程學系副教授兼系主任、元智大學資訊傳播學系兼任助理教授，現任國立宜蘭大學資訊工程學系副教授兼多媒體網路通訊數位學習碩士在職專班班主任。目前的研究興趣包括有影像處理、資料壓縮、互動多媒體、資訊安全、物聯網感測、資訊教育等。

Wen-Chuan Wu received the B.S. degree (2001) in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Tung-Hai University, Taichung, Taiwan. Then, she received her M.S. degree (2003) and Ph.D. degree (2007) in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Chung-Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan. Dr. Wu served as a Associate Professor & Chairman in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, Aletheia University, and a Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Communication, Yuan Ze University. Currently, She is a Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Ilan University, Taiwan. Her research interests include image processing, data compression, interactive multimedia, information security, IoT, and STEAM education.
