ABOUT ME
I'm an Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST), Kunming, China. I received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from School of Automation, Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, and the Ph.D. degree in Computing and Information Sciences from B. Thomas Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences, Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, USA. Before I joined KUST, I held the position of Research Fellow with the Faculty of Engineering, Bar Ilan University, Israel and the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, respectively.

Internet of Things, mobile cloud, vehicular networks and beyond 5G.
Cross-layer network optimization, game theory and incentive mechanism design.
Model-free learning and deep reinforcement learning.
Blockchains, cryptography and distributed consensus.
