(Covid-19): Based on the latest Government advice the
Hall will be closed from Thursday 5 November until at least 2 Dec 2020 Special measures are in place to minimise the risk of spreading or catching the virus and all hirers are required to sign special Covid-19 related conditions of hire showing that they will abide by Government restrictions as well as Hall Committee restrictions and measures. The special conditions of hire as well as the Hall Covid-19 Risk assessment are attached below. Please look at the Hall Calendar to see what events are on and which periods are still available for hire. Booking forms and conditions of hire are attached below. If you wish to book the Hall for a public event, that is an event where you allow entry to the general public, then special conditions apply which will be explained by our Booking Secretary. Charges for Hiring the Hall for a Day The whole Hall (main hall, kitchen and committee room) may be hired for a day 9:00 am to 1 am the following morning for an all in price as follows:
If Hall used for overnight accommodation for example for Cub or Brownie Group then additional charges will apply based on the numbers using the Hall.
