Booking forms and conditions of hire are attached below. If you wish to book the Hall for a public event, that is an event where you allow entry to the general public, then special conditions apply which will be explained by our Booking Secretary.

- Clubs and Societies are charged parish resident rates if their events are open to all.
- A session is approximately 4 hours.
Charges for Hiring the Hall for a Day
- If the Hall is hired in association with the Committee room for a period exceeding 4 hours then the charge for the committee room will be the single session charge. For example: If both the Hall and Committee Room are hired for 5 hours by resident, for a single event, then the hire charge will be 5 x £8.00 + £6.50 = £46.50
The whole Hall (main hall, kitchen and committee room) may be hired for a day 9:00 am to 1 am the following morning for an all in price as follows:

If Hall used for overnight accommodation for example for Cub or Brownie Group then additional charges will apply based on the numbers using the Hall.
