Movements for Wellbeing

TMW, a form of “mindfulness in motion”, can give you greater confidence, reduce stress and release tension, thus helping relieve stress related problems.  It is a specially developed sequence of easy to remember movements that promote physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing.  TMW lets you feel the benefits of T’ai Chi and Chi Kung, in a simple way, giving you greater confidence, reducing stress and releasing tension.

Classes will be held each Friday from 1:30 – 2:30pm

At Wellington Heath Memorial Village Hall

Starting January 8th 2016 onwards

Cost £6 per session
