We move to music across the continents, decades and genres.... slow, upbeat, wild, relaxed – following different rhythms and moods. The eclectic playlist includes some familiar tracks, some songs with words, and not too much electronic music. 

No dance experience is necessary only a wish to move your body in whatever way you feel. This is not a dance display or a club - just dancing for the fun of it. You can chill out on the cushions whenever you want. The music slows right down towards the end and we finish in stillness. 

Please bring your own water/juice (no alcohol), a rug/blanket for the still cool down and a yoga mat if you have one.
