If you made a representation to Herefordshire Council at the time of the planning application for the Travellers' site off Beggars Ash, you should have received a notice from the Council to tell you that an appeal has been lodged against the refusal of planning permission. If you did not make a representation, or have not had a notice, you may still be interested to know what is happening.

Full details are available on the Herefordshire Council Website: https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200142/planning_services/planning_application_search/details?id=160238&search=160238

Clicking on Appeal on the right hand side of the screen will bring up all the relevant appeal documents.
The appeal reference is APP/W1850/W/17/3180531

Key documents are the Appellant's Statement of Case and the Original Herefordshire Planning Committee minutes where the initial application was refused. These are attached below for your convenience.

If you wish to make comments, or modify/withdraw your previous representation, you can do so on the Planning Portal at https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk or by emailing mailto:west2@pins.gsi.gov.uk. If you do not have access to the internet, you can send three copies to: Lee McClean - Room 3M, The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BSI 6PN.

All representations must be received by 21 November 2017. Any representations submitted after the deadline will not usually be considered and will be returned. The Planning Inspectorate does not acknowledge representations. All representations must quote the appeal reference: APP/W1850/W/17/3180531

The Travellers'site is in the Strategic Gap that has been proposed in the emerging Wellington Heath Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP). This is the area between tthe village and the Parish boundary with Ledbury where the NDP proposes development would not normally be permitted.
