EATON BISHOP PARISH COUNCIL.

MINUTES OF THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

HELD ON 13th  January 2015

 

Present:    Mr R Christopher (Chairman), Mr A Lifely, Mrs C Hanks, Mr L Wolverson, Ms A Mick,

15/01        Mr J Johnson and Mr D Richards

                In attendance: Cllr. D Taylor and NP Steering Group members (Dr and Mrs T Coleman and Mrs E Lyons) also Mr P Hince (Madley PC) and MS Louise Kirkup (Kirkwells)

                Declarations of interest: Nil.

 

Kirkwells Presentation. MS Louise Kirkup (Kirkwells) gave the meeting an overview and this was followed by an 

15/02        open discussion on various aspects of the Neighbourhood Plan and the potential benefits of using the professional guidance available from Kirkwells– a company with considerable experience  on  the  subject of Neighbourhood Plans. The Chairman thanked Ms Kirkup for her attendance and the  Parish Council meeting then started.(non PC members of the Steering Group then left).               

Minutes: The Minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 12th November had been circulated and 

15/03      displayed and were taken as read, approved and signed.

 Matters arising:

15/04   a. It was agreed that Kirkwells assistance in the forming of the Neighbourhood Plan should be pursued.

 Planning: Planning Application P150008/CU Proposed Prior Approval of Change of use of an agricultural

15/05    building to two dwelling houses had been classed as ‘valid’ by the planning authority.         

Finance: a. The agreed Precept for 2015/16 for £7,000 had been submitted.

15/06      b. Cook’s Charity – Mr Andrew Johnson of Humfrys & Symonds attended at the start of the meeting to get proof of identity from all PC members to finalise the process of obtaining the Title Deeds for the  Cook’s Charity field and was given a cheque for £40.00 to pay the Land Registry Fee.

Other Items. a. There was to be a River Wye Restoration Strategy meeting in Leominster at 2.00pm on

15/07      29th January. Mrs C Hanks was unable to attend but Mr A Lifely would.             

               b. Cllr.D Taylor had made enquiries and obtained detail of legislation on the use of model aircraft  for future reference..
