BUILDING VIRTUAL WBL CURRICULUM

During the past two years, the Buffalo State and Hofstra classes have created "Ready to Go" employability lessons for everyone to use.

These lessons can be used:

• In regular class activity

• As homework assignments

• In online assignments for those students you may have limited contact with.

TAB #3 are the basic skills needed for entry level jobs. This is a good place for the CDOS students to begin.

TABS #4, 5 and 6 are assignments for all students on how to get, keep and succeed in a job.

Review how the assignments are structured. You will see a memo with a scenario, challenge and solution. Resources include content and a video. The student completes the project and submits the results to the teacher using the memo format.
