Sprinting includes 70m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 55mH, 200mH, 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400
  • Do good starts off the block to shave off several hundredths.
  • Look straight ahead in your sprint, don't look around.
  • Pump the arms
  • Run forward, don't bound
  • Straight and tall!
  • Run through the finish! to the first line of triangles!
