    12. * Superior Medley - 200-200-100-300-400-800 (4 turn stagger, do first part as 4x200, then next leg as 4x100 start, then 300 to finish, cut in on 2nd lap)
    13. 4x100
    14. 4x100 (7th & 6th grade only)

    Participants:
    12*4 + 3 + 6 = 57 running + 16 field = 73 assignments divided by 3 = 25 athletes, each doing 3 events

    * Need to create events in Athletic.net

    Notes:
    • This is designed for middle school, and so it has shorter hurdle events, and fewer long distance events (over 1 mile), as well as limited field events.
    • For dual meets on an 8 lane track, all relays, except shuttle hurdles, could have 8 teams, 4 from each school, 2 boys / 2 girls, and boys-girls running at the same time
    • For one team per event, could run with 4 different schools, and still do boys/girls together
    • Girls always run on lanes 1-4, boys on 5-8
    • Need teams of at least 25 who can all do 3 events; or larger teams; or skip some relays
    • Can enter up to 8 teams, for one heat of girls, and one heat of boys, makes the meet longer
To make longer (for larger teams) add :
    • 1600 = 4x400 (7th grade only) -- after 4x400 -- adds 4 entries and about 5 minutes -- but could be run as second team in 4x4
    • 3200 = 4x800 (7th grade only) -- after 4x400 -- adds 4 entries and about 12 minutes -- but could be run as second team in 4x8
    • 6400 = 4x1600 -- could be run in Lane 1 while other events were running in other lanes, otherwise adds about 25 minutes to meet!
Experimental/Demonstration (would need to be tested before adding to any meets):
    • Backwoods Relay - 100 low hurdles (2 or 3 hurdles on back stretch; 130 meter (to 70 start); 55 hurdles, and 400
