  • 2-Mile Run
  • Track - 3 Stations - Hurdles, Starts, Shot: rotate 1/3 through each station
  • Time Trials - 1600m and 200m
  • Time Trials - 100m, 400m, 55mH

  • Inside - Stations, 8 stations, 1 minute each, 2 rotations
  • 4/2 -- Inside - Jogs in halls, sprint starts in gym, sharks & minnows, dynamics around part of building on sidewalk, etc.
  • 4/20 -- 6-minute inside jog, 10 push ups, then 5 push ups up, 5 push ups down; jog to track, dynamics, 400 m in 120 seconds (entire team), walk to 200 start, 200m in 50 seconds, walk to 100 start, 100m in 20 seconds, walk to 55m start ~15 seconds, discuss track marking, run through first line of triangles past finish; walk to 200 start, 400m in 180 seconds cool down, jog back to school
  • 4/21 -- 
    • Shot put trials -- all boys
    • 3200m/1600m run -- mid-distance - Greer, Kloska, Gerous, Wolf, Pletcher, 
    • High jump -- starting mark, measure it out; drills
    • Long jump -- starting mark, measure it out

Day 3 - 1600m timed
Day 4 - 800m timed ( timing failed), 200m timed (then 4 more 200s); 25 min. choice of field events
Day 5 - 800m timed, long relay exchange practice (with batons) 100m timed, 70m timed; 25 min. choice of field event
Day 6 - 400m timed, 55 meter hurdles (five knocked down, four at 29", then five at 30")
Day 7 - (200mH timed, 55mH timed) OR 3-mile run (athlete choice); 20 minutes choice field event
Day 8 - inside - 4x200 / 4x100 R-L-R-L relay practice (relay exchange video); games in the gym
