Welcome to the official web site for the Watertown Music Booster Association!

The Watertown Music Booster Association will hold a meeting on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 7 p.m. in the Choral Music Room at Watertown High School. For many years our organization has had a goal of encouraging community support for the music program in the Watertown Public Schools. We actively pursue additional funding for music in each of our schools.

Over the past years through a combination of fund raising, grant writing and membership dues we have donated a variety of band instruments, choral and band risers, sheet music, band uniforms, a digital cd recorder, cd players and much more. We have donated funds toward various musicals and music related trips. We have also provided annual scholarships to graduating seniors in the school music programs.

In order to continue this work we need new active members. Please consider joining us in our effort to support the music program in the Watertown Public Schools. For more information, come to our meeting or visit our web site at https://sites.google.com/site/watertownmusicboosters/home , and “LIKE” us on Facebook.

We are members of the community who support the music program in each of the Watertown Public Schools. We collect dues, raise funds, and write grants in order to provide “extras” for the music program, such as instruments, sheet music, risers, recording equipment, scholarships for graduating seniors and more.

Eligibility:

Any person 18 years of age or older (who is not a high school student) is eligible for membership in the organization.

We plan to use this site to share information about our activities and school music activities in the Watertown School District. (Watertown, Connecticut)
