Activities may be of different kind : land-uses, services and infrastructures.
Land-uses and Servcies are allways characterized by : total water need
total water return
cost (investment or maintenance)
production
They may be characterized by :
clean water need (sensitivity to pollution)
clean water return (amount of pollution generated)
part of cost in different resources
part of production in different resources
The only difference between land-uses and services is that services do not have spatial extension : they do not occupy 1 LPC.
Infrastructures modify water inputs or outputs on a sector or a LPC. They have a cost.
