• total water return

• cost (investment or maintenance)

• production

They may be characterized by :

• clean water need (sensitivity to pollution)

• clean water return (amount of pollution generated)

• part of cost in different resources

• part of production in different resources

The only difference between land-uses and services is that services do not have spatial extension : they do not occupy 1 LPC.

Infrastructures modify water inputs or outputs on a sector or a LPC. They have a cost.
