I am an Assistant Professor of Management at Kean University in New Jersey, USA. With a PhD degree from Stevens Institute of Technology, I am an expert on creativity and innovation management.

In addition to research and teaching, my work also includes organizing business plan competitions.

Unlike most management professors, I was initially trained in chemical engineering and worked in the field of biotechnology for years.
