Trifle (english)

- 1/4 cornbread

- 250g red fruits mix (frozen)

light pastry cream :

- 25cl milk

- 1 package of vanilla sugar

- 40g sugar

- 2 egg yolks

- 20g corn flour

Make pastry cream : heat milk in a saucepan. In the mean time, beat egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add corn flour and mix.

Pour milk on yolks while beating, then put everything back in the saucepan and heat over low heat for a few minutes until it thickens and gets a nice consistency, I added a bit of milk then to make it fluid enough, but do as you wish.

Dice cornbread in tiny cubes and pour them in the bottom of your glasses.

Cover with a layer of pastry cream, then red fruits.

Let it set in the fridge for a few hours or until it's time to serve..
