Cornbread (english)

For 1 cornbread :

- 1 cup flour

- 1 cup corn flour

- 50g sugar

- 1 tbsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 cup whole milk

- 1 1/2 tbsp honey

- 50g butter

- 2 eggs


Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a bowl, combine flour, corn flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a second bowl, beat eggs, add melted butter and honey, and pour whole milk - mix well.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, incorporate.

Pour into a buttered mold and bake for 20 to 25mn.
