Chocolate pot de crème

4 or 5 serving :
- 125g dark chocolate (70%)
- 50cl milk
- 1 vanilla pod or star anise or 1 cinnamon stalk
- 3 eggs
-60g sugar

Thinly chop or grate dark chocolate.
Pour the milk in a sauce pan with the spice of your choice and heat. Bring to a boil, then let it brew for 15 minutes.
Filter to take off the spice, then heat again and add chocolate. Let it melt and stir until homogene.
Whisk eggs with sugar a few minutes. Pour milk/chocolate preparation over constantly whisking.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Divide the preparation into pots - or ramequin - and put it in a dish filled with water - you're making a bain-marie - bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cream is set.
Let it cook then stock in the fridge so that it sets a bit more, and enjoy !
