Knowledge and understanding of biorhythms, and especially of the percentages of synchronicity between your biorhythm cycles and those of another person, can be a vital tool, if consciously applied, towards greatly minimizing or even eliminating entirely, commonly accepted cycles of friction between you and others. Especially if both people involved are consciously trying to apply such knowledge and understanding. But even if you are the only one who is aware of such a tool, you will still find that as long as you consciously apply such knowledge and understanding, that all of your relationships and interactions with others will be improved.
Quick Check For Biorhythms Effects
One of the easiest confirmations of the existence and effects of biorhythms can be found in connection with the 28Day Emotional cycle. It turns out that, according to your biorhythm chart, every other week, on the same day of the week as you were born, is an Emotional Critical Day. To find out what day of the week you were born on, you can go here and take a look at a calendar for the year of your birth. Once you've determined what day of the week you were born on, then do a mental review of the days when you may be "out of sorts" or have communication difficulties with others, etc. If you find a pattern of those "out of sorts" days repeatedly occurring on the same day of the week that you were born on, the chances are very good that that day of the week is/was an Emotional Critical Day. Read the second attachment below for more information regarding "critical days".
Biorhythm Synchronicity
One important application of the knowledge of biorhythms would be to find out how synchronized your biorhythm cycles are with someone you are in a relationship with. The greater the percentage of synchronization of a given cycle, the greater the degree of ease of relating with the person in matters connected with that cycle. To find the percentage of synchronization between two given cycles, you simply divide the number of days apart the first day of the two cycles are by half of the number of days in the cycle, then subtract that result from 1 and multiply that result by 100. As an example, in the two charts immediately above, the number of days apart between the first day of each Physical cycle is 1 day apart. Since the Physical cycle is 23 days long, you would divide 1 by 11.5 and subtract that result from 1 and multiply that result by 100. So, 1 divided by 11.5 equals 0.0870. Subtracting that result from 1 equals 0.9130. Multiplying that result by 100 gives you 91.30% of synchronization between the two Physical cycles. As another example, in the two charts immediately above, the number of days apart between the first day of each Emotional cycle are 7 days apart. Since the Emotional cycle is 28 days long, you would divide 7 by 14 and subtract that result from 1 and multiply that result by 100. So, 7 divided by 14 equals 0.5000. Subtracting that result from 1 equals 0.5000. Multiplying that result by 100 gives you a 50.00% of synchronization between the two Emotional cycles. The percentage of synchronization between the remaining cycles would be calculated in a similar way. Note that the first days of each of the cycles being compared can never be more than half of the cycle length apart, which means that the percentage of synchronicity between two cycles would range between 0% at the lowest to 100% at the highest.
Synchronicity Calculations Available For Free
If you would like to bypass the above tedious mathematics involved in your synchronization calculations, simply email me at WaltMaken@gmail.com with your date of birth and the date of birth of the person you are checking synchronization with, and I'll be happy to email you back with synchronization percentages of all 7 cycles between you and the other person at no charge. You do not need to send the names of those involved, just dates of birth.
InSynch & OutOfSynch
The greater the percentage of synchronization between any two given cycles, the greater will be your feeling of being "in synch" with that person in matters relating to that cycle. For example, let's say that your Physical cycle is 100% in synchronization with the Physical cycle of another person. In general, the two of you will feel identical periods of high energy as well as identical periods of low energy. So if you were planning to share some physically demanding activity like skiing or mountain climbing with that person, you might want to schedule such an activity for a time when both of your Physical cycles were showing as being high. In contrast, if your Physical cycle is 0% in synchronization with the Physical cycle of another person, then when your Physical energy was high, the other person's Physical energy would be low and vice versa. In such a situation, there would always be an outofsynch feeling between you and the other person when it came to engaging in strenuous physical activities together. The same principle would apply in activities relating to the other cycles.
So, while it initially can involve a bit of effort for you to determine how synchronized your biorhythm cycles are with the biorhythm cycles of another person, you will find that effort will pay important long term benefits in the form of increased awareness of each other's capabilities and you'll be able to more intelligently respond to the other person, especially in a close relationship.

Synchronicity & Compatibility Are Two Separate Matters
It is important that you not confuse the percentage of synchronicity between biorhythm cycles as being an indication of compatibility between you and another person. Synchronicity and compatibility are two separate matters. You might have a high synchronicity with a given cycle of another person, while still being basically incompatible with that person. For example, your Emotional cycle might be 100% insynch with the Emotional cycle of another person, while being essentially emotionally incompatible as determined by basic personality factors.
Perhaps you can think of someone at work whom you usually feel "insynch" with. Perhaps you can think of someone else at work whom you generally feel "outofsynch" with. It might be of value to learn what the percentages of synchronicity are between your biorhythm cycles and the biorhythm cycles of such people. You might even have some "eureka" moments once you become aware of such synchronicity percentages.

Best wishes in your application of the knowledge and understanding you will gain by learning more about how biorhythms affect your life and the lives of those around you.
Eye of the Beholder
In closing, and in the interests of discovering yet another tool that can also go a long way to helping you mprove all of your relationships and interactions with others, I would encourage you to go here and watch "The Eye of the Beholder". You may find yourself, as I did after my first watching more than 35 years ago, stepping into an entirely different world than the one you had been seeing immediately prior to watching The Eye of the Beholder.
