to our church - we invite you to look around and get a feel for our church. Feel free to share any comments or questions that might be on your mind through our online guest book. If you're not currently a member of our church - we'd like to take this opportunity to invite you to one of our weekly services. And of course, feel free to reach out and call on our pastor.

We've seen the transformation many times - people who came to us full of doubt and uncertainty become secure in the knowledge of their rightful place in God's great kingdom.  The change may start slowly - in a Bible Study class or choir participation, perhaps - but once it begins, it picks up speed.  The good works, shared experiences, time spent in prayer - all bring us closer to our highest calling of service and dedication to God.

We'd also like to invite you to make an online prayer request. Your prayer request opens the door, and God is waiting patiently on the other side of that door, at all times, in all situations, to join with you.

Walhalla Presbyterian is a theologically conservative church with preaching and teaching from The Holy Bible, the inspired Word of God.

Many blessings to you,

Members of the Walhalla Presbyterian Church

                Welcome Rev. Morton White
On Sunday, September 15, Walhalla Presbyterian Church and West Union Presbyterian Chapel embraced Rev. Morton White in a new official capacity, Stated Supply Minister. While Morton has preached most Sundays for more than a year, now he will work on a part-time basis for 18 hours per week. He is available for office hours each Monday from 9 am until 12:00 pm. To contact Morton, call 864.245.5016 or email mortonswhite.@gmail.com.

In addition to preaching on Sundays, Rev. White will devote time each week to pastoral care as well as moderate Session meetings, officiate weddings and funerals, and perform other important functions.

Rev. White lives with his wife Pegie, a short distance from the church and also works part-time at Neville Hardware. Pegie is a full-time supervisor of BabyNet, a South Carolina interagency early intervention system for infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
