File Manager  "Wal Commander"

Freeware cross platform two-pane file manager

    executed in graphical (wcm) and console (wcc) versions using own (graphical and console) UI libraries  

    written in C ++

    The package includes a separate terminal emulator Wal Terminal (wterminal)

    in the editor and viewer there is a possibility to switch encodings

    in the console mode it is possible to start with different encodings of the system and the terminal

    For more convenient work with the console version, a separate terminal emulator Wal Terminal is added to the package.
