I was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I've always loved languages and culture. I studied language education in college, and I've had the opportunity to teach in the United States, the Republic of Korea, and Mexico . I'm currently pursuing a doctoral degree in history at the University of Texas at El Paso, focusing on the borderlands, Latin America, and the relationship between faith and gender. In my spare time I love to cook, exercise, and travel whenever possible. It's my pleasure to be a part of your learning experience, and I wish you success.
