Recently at Waggoners

 Saturday 4th August 2018 -
Andrew was calling both the afternoon Plus and evening Mainstream dances at New City Squares in Milton Keynes and six of our members (David and Janet H, Penny and Bob W, Cherie and Jacqui) went along to support him and had a great time.
Simon and Trudy were also there with their second-hand Square Dance clothes shop which raises money for caller and cuer training.

Monday 6th August 2018 - Another very warm evening when our members enjoyed sitting out in the School's playground during the break.

Monday 13th August 2018 -
On a not quite so warm evening we had 5 squares dancing in the Main Hall with some "spares" sitting out. We also sang "Happy Anniversary" to Bob and Janet who were celebrating 52 years of marriage.

Sunday 19th August 2018-
Eight dancers from three clubs joined nine Waggoners for a chance to improve their skill and knowledge of the Mainstream program. Although Simon and Trudy went over twenty-three moves, what they taught was governed by those who attended. They ranged from some ladies who wanted to learn what it felt like to dance in the left position (man), to those who struggled with one or two specific moves.

Monday 20th August 2018 -
We were pleased to welcome Phil Alexander, along with his wife, Lina, who is going to be our guest caller on the 3rd September. We also wished a "Happy Anniversary" to Pat and Mac who will be celebrating in a few days time.
