Adrianne Wadewitz

Adrianne Wadewitz is a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Digital Learning and Research at Occidental College specializing in 18th-century children's literature and the digital humanities. She received her PhD from Indiana University in 2011 and her most recent publications are "Providential empiricism: Shaping the self in eighteenth-century children’s literature” in Religion in the Age of Enlightenment and "Crowdsourcing History: The Shape of Historical Uncertainty and Dispute on Wikipedia" in Rethinking History, both coming out this year. Recently, she has been blogging about the gender gap on Wikipedia.
