2 28 oz cans ground, peeled tomatoes, chunky style
1 onion chopped
2 green bell peppers chopped
2 lbs sausage (links or bulk)
1 tsp italian herbs
1/2 tsp montreal steak seasoning
place sausage in bottom of the crockpot, top with chopped onion and peppers. add tomatoes. sprinkle spices on top. cook on low for 8-10 hrs.
