They will use the presentations made by the host organisation of the previous transnational meeting about its good practices on recruiting, training and managing Volunteer Coordinators; what skills and competences they expect from the Volunteer Coordinators; which one of those skills and competences Volunteer Coordinators often lack of.

2. Participants of the round table will debate and exchange opinions about the recruiting, training and managing systems of the host organisation and how that organisation is responding to the lack of skills and competences from Volunteer Coordinators.

LOCAL ROUND TABLES 8:

1. Those who participated in the previous transnational meeting will present to the participants of the round table what was seen during the transnational meeting. They will use the presentations made by the host organisation of the previous transnational meeting about its good practices on recruiting, training and managing Volunteer Coordinators; what skills and competences they expect from the Volunteer Coordinators; which one of those skills and competences Volunteer Coordinators often lack of.

2. Participants of the round table will debate and exchange opinions about the recruiting, training and managing systems of the host organisation and how that organisation is responding to the lack of skills and competences from Volunteer Coordinators.

3. Participants of the round table will elaborate a common list of recommendations to better respond to the lack of skills and competences from Volunteer Coordinators.

VISIBILITY FOR THE TRANSNATIONAL MEETING 8:

Between one week and two days before the transnational meeting takes place, all partners will publish on their websites, newsletters, magazines, etc., information about the project and the upcoming transnational meeting. All project partners will highlight the support received from the Lifelong Learning Programme. The project coordinator will be responsible of publishing this information on the project's website.
